🎯 Requirements

3+ years of software engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
Strong foundation in software engineering and thoughtful system design.
Experience writing reliable, maintainable code.
Proactive problem-solving, quick learning, and initiative.
Curiosity and growth mindset; expand beyond current knowledge.
Excitement about GenAI and AI-assisted development; hands-on a plus.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) a plus.
