🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in engineering, PM, or AI role with shipping AI/automation systems
- Hands-on with LLMs, agent frameworks, and tool-use patterns (MCP, function calling, RAG)
- Experience designing/optimizing SQL/NoSQL DBs, data modeling, tuning, and schema design
- Ability to decompose workflows into scalable agentic systems; curious about how people work
- High ownership and cross-functional influence; build trust across teams
