🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in CS/SE/CE or 2+ years software dev exp in lieu of degree
C++ and/or Rust or other systems programming languages
Real-time embedded systems or distributed computing experience
Strong focus on designing, architecting, and implementing bug-free software
Basic knowledge of electronics, controls, fluids, motor design, or mechanics
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in dynamic environments
