- Proficiency in Go and performance-sensitive systems programming.
- High ownership mindset; reliability, performance, and security are your responsibility.
- Strong communication; able to drive clarity in fast-moving, ambiguous contexts.
- Experience building/extending platform/gateway products.
- Kubernetes-native deployment (Helm, operators, CRDs).
