Software Engineer - Enterprise Agentic Automation

📋 Description

• Build and support CI/CD pipelines for process models, workers, prompts, and configurations.
• Develop reusable components (connectors, tests) and automate provisioning with Terraform.
• Ensure secure, reliable operations across environments (secrets, networking, monitoring).
• Design static and dynamic context for agentic AI, and define guardrails.
• Model, deploy, test, and operate BPMN processes, workers, and AI agents.
• Operate Camunda solutions in production; monitor incidents and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years (Senior: 5+ years) in software engineering, platform, or DevOps.
• Backend system design across services using integration patterns and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience implementing services, integrations, or workers in backend.
• DevOps with CI/CD, IaC, and observability.
• Java/Spring or comparable backend tech.
• Cloud-native services, networking, and security fundamentals.
• Strong ownership; cross-functional; motivated to grow into AI-driven automation.
• Nice to have: Camunda/BPMN, agentic orchestration, context engineering, AI components.
