📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate CI/CD systems and pipelines for device and cloud software.
• Lead design of internal platform capabilities across build, test, deployment, and tooling.
• Make hands-on decisions on platform design, boundaries, and tradeoffs for scale.
• Improve developer productivity by shortening feedback loops across build, test, and release workflows.
• Build self-serve workflows that reduce manual work and speed common tasks.
• Use AI-native tooling to improve engineering workflows and output quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering; 5+ years building CI/CD/internal platforms.
• Deep experience designing and operating robust CI/CD pipelines and build systems.
• Proven track record delivering platform features that boost velocity and reliability.
• Experience making architectural decisions for internal platforms.
• Ability to adapt decisions to maturity and scaling needs.
• Knowledge of secure software delivery: least-privilege, secrets, audits.
