Identify friction in the developer lifecycle and own end-to-end solution.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and self-service release processes.
Design and develop AI/agentic tooling to standardise how engineers use AI.
Create and maintain local dev environments, hermetic builds and templating tooling.
Collaborate with engineering teams; gather feedback and govern source control/releases.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in software engineering and DevOps; strong Python; knowledge of AWS, Docker, Terraform.
Experience with CI/CD and build tools (GitHub Actions, Gradle, Maven or similar).
Interest in Generative AI/agentic tooling; hands-on with Claude Code.
Autonomous, inquisitive; able to own problems in a small, visible team.
Strong communicator; understands SDLC and improves developer workflows.
