Software Engineer, Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Design, build, and support shared platform systems and tooling for SeatGeek services.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to address performance, scalability, and reliability needs.
• Contribute to reliability, observability, security, and scalability via automation and abstractions.
• Operate production systems, support releases, on-call rotation, and incidents.
• Collaborate across teams to reduce friction and improve how software is built and operated.
• Evolve internal platforms, APIs, and tooling to improve reliability and developer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years contributing to design, development, or operation of platform or product apps.
• Passion for delivering frictionless, high-quality UIs to accelerate developer workflows.
• Familiarity with building or improving production systems and an interest in reliability, security, and scalability.
• Thoughtful, maintainable code with clarity and usability for others.
• Interest in developer experience and platform usability and how tools boost productivity.
• Comfort collaborating across teams and turning needs into practical solutions.
