Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure & Acquisition

📋 Description

• Be scrappy to find new audio data sources and ingest into the pipeline.
• Operate and extend the ingestion pipeline on GCP, managed with Terraform.
• Collaborate with Scientists to improve cost, throughput, and quality at scale.
• Collaborate with AI team and leadership to shape the dataset roadmap for next-gen products.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Bash and Python scripting in Linux environments.
• Docker + Infrastructure-as-Code; experience with a major cloud provider (GCP).
• Experience with web crawlers and large-scale data processing is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
