• Join the CX team as Senior Backend Engineer to build a world-class customer support platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time software engineering in high-growth startups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
• Backend: end-to-end product experiences; scaling backend systems; Python/Elixir/PostgreSQL a plus.
• Ownership mindset: own projects from inception to production and beyond.
• Product instinct: translate user needs into effective technical solutions.
• Problem solving with autonomy; thrive in ambiguity and deliver results.
