  • Design and evolve intelligent CX solutions integrating Salesforce CRM with AWS and AI.
  • Develop AI-powered CX experiences using Bedrock, LangChain, and LLMs.
  • Build backend services and integrations for customer workflows, incl. LLM orchestration and RAG pipelines.
  • Lead CX initiatives from discovery to production with scalable, reliable architecture.
  • Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve quality, relevance, and safety.
  • Design resilient APIs and event-driven integrations across Salesforce, AWS, and internal/external systems.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, incl. CRM or enterprise integrations.
  • Backend and application development using Python or Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Experience building cloud-native AWS solutions (Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
  • Experience integrating LLMs and generative AI into production apps, Bedrock/LangChain.
  • Experience building AI-powered backend services like prompt orchestration and RAG workflows.
  • Strong fundamentals: distributed systems, API development, testing, maintainable architecture.
