🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's in CS, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across many engineering teams.
  • Strong backend systems expertise and experience with user facing features.
  • Strong product and design instinct; proven experience delivering well designed experiences.
  • Flexible in leadership style; adaptable to different ways of working.
  • Experience leading and shipping large initiatives with high business impact.
  • Good judgment balancing short-term needs with long-term technical quality.
  • Strong communication and ability to influence decisions among diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
