🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent
- 4–10+ years of high-scale, high-reliability software development with trust & safety exposure
- Proficient in Python; comfortable across stack—from APIs to data pipelines
- Think adversarially; design defenses in depth rather than single points of enforcement
- Experience scaling infrastructure to handle rapid traffic with tight latency budgets
- Strong communication to explain complex tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
- Deep interest in safe, impactful AI systems and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
