Document requirements and educate customers on technical details.
Configure the product and assist with go-live steps.
Ensure deployments meet timelines; escalate delays to the implementation manager.
Support customers to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 yrs experience as Bot Developer / integration role
Bot dev with Google Dialogflow or IBM Watson
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
Strong auth: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML
HTML/CSS and JavaScript (incl. jQuery)
Read API docs and implement POCs
