🎯 Requirements

6+ years experience building and operating highly available services.
Experience coordinating across teams on cross-functional efforts.
Strong collaboration skills and customer empathy.
Growth mindset and comfort solving open-ended problems.
Curiosity to build creative solutions to complex problems.
Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
