🎯 Requirements

- Strong full-stack: NextJS, Javascript, Postgres/Drizzle, Tailwind, AWS; SST.dev a plus.
- Proven ability to work with non-engineering stakeholders to translate requirements.
- Experience building internal tooling or developer infrastructure in high-growth environments.
- High ownership mindset: fix what is broken and follow through.
