🎯 Requirements

3+ years of software development experience with Golang, Kotlin, Rust, Java, C++, or Python.
Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining production services.
Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
