🎯 Requirements

3+ years industry experience.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in CS or equivalent experience.
Experience with large-scale systems; APIs, data pipelines, efficient algorithms.
Extensive open-source work or coursework in Java, Kotlin, Python, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Collaborative in code reviews and architecture discussions; helps teammates’ productivity.
Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and unblocking yourself.
Focus on building high-quality products that impact the business.
Data-driven problem solving and validation.
