Implement and maintain features, improve performance and quality.
Interact with Product, Design and Engineering teams to spec, build, test and deliver features.
Improve quality by writing and improving tests.
Work on the scalability of features and services.
Align with the manager on roadmap and SLAs for owned micro-services.
Perform code reviews and mentor others to build a quality product.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years building complex distributed software at scale.
Experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Go (Node.js primary).
Strong understanding of web fundamentals.
DB fundamentals: queries, schema design, indexing, caching.
Experience with cloud and distributed systems.
Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, networking, OS.
