Design and implement new trading products and features
Extend and scale the low latency platform on which trading runs
Collaborate with engineers, product managers and leadership to deliver quarterly goals
Improve developer efficiency, engineering excellence, and operational excellence
Provide support to operations and other engineering teams
Mentor team members and uplift the team's technical skills

🎯 Requirements

You have 2+ years of software engineering experience
Designed, built, scaled production services; SOA experience
You write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs
You're passionate about building an open financial system
Nice to have: Golang, Postgres, Kafka, Protobuf, Ruby, React
