🎯 Requirements

- Proficiency in Go or similar language with ability to ramp quickly
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate development, or strong enthusiasm
- Experience ensuring data consistency and transactional integrity in distributed systems
- Strong relational DB skills: schema design, migrations, tuning
- Experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling
- On-call rotations and incident response, including root cause analysis
