🎯 Requirements

2+ years building and operating production backend systems.
Experience with web performance optimization, ORM and DB profiling.
Experience deploying and scaling web apps in cloud services.
Strong interest in application security.
Comfortable with ambiguity and user-first mindset.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
