🎯 Requirements

3+ years of software engineering experience with backend focus.
Design, scale, and maintain production microservices.
Strong coding skills for high-quality, customer-centric software.
Deep understanding of system design, APIs, and software principles.
Experience with React/TypeScript for frontend components.
Passion for building scalable AI-enabled support products.
