Design, develop and maintain scalable backend features and APIs
Ensure high performance and reliability across distributed systems
Design secure, scalable architectures to support fast-growing products
Collaborate with infra on deployment, monitoring, and performance
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
Work with product managers, frontend, designers and data/AI engineers to deliver features

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
5+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Golang or other backend language (Python, Rust)
Strong backend fundamentals: APIs, databases, caching, messaging, distributed architectures
Experience with cloud-based AWS/GCP/Azure and bare-metal infrastructure
Ownership mindset and ability to ship end-to-end features with minimal oversight
