Software Engineer, Backend

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and ship backend services and APIs powering core platform.
• Own full lifecycle from scoping to deployment and iteration.
• Improve core platforms, including data pipelines, reliability, and logic.
• Implement and support A/B tests and experiments from hypothesis to rollout.
• Investigate, triage, and resolve production incidents and cross-system bugs.
• Write clean, well-tested production code and participate in code reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Backend engineering: service design, data modeling, API development.
• Experience building production systems at scale with reliability and data quality.
• Comfortable working in Python (preferred).
• Strong execution and ability to deliver scoped work independently.
• Product-minded: understand how decisions impact UX and outcomes.
