Engineer backend services with high quality, maintainable and well tested code.
Partner with engineers, product, customer reliability support, and leadership to shape systems.
Regularly engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Optimize performance, reliability and scalability of backend services.
Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
Participate in on-call rotation, troubleshoot and debug incidents.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of Python / Golang and Kubernetes experience.
RESTful APIs and distributed systems experience.
Testing frameworks like pytest.
Strong communication with ability to write technical specs.
CI/CD, version control, automation and debugging practices.
Proactive ownership and cross-functional delivery.
