Develop LLM orchestration workflows: prompts, tool calls, agent design
Implement MCP integrations linking LLMs to tools, databases, and services
Partner with product teams to translate requirements and deliver milestones on time
Contribute to design discussions and code reviews to set AI best practices

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of professional software engineering with growing scope
Strong Python with production backend experience; Django preferred
Frontend skills in React and TypeScript
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and prompt engineering
Experience building LLM-powered workflows: agent orchestration and tool calls
Comfort with ambiguous requirements and independent problem solving
