🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years backend/full-stack software engineering in production.
- BS or higher in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Strong Python proficiency; async frameworks and distributed systems a plus.
- Hands-on experience building or operating LLM-based apps (RAG, agents, eval).
- Experience with data pipelines, job scheduling (Airflow), and vector databases.
- Comfort with observability tooling: tracing, logging, metrics, alerts.
