🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering; backend-first but frontend capable.
- Developer tooling enthusiast; built internal tools and improved dev ergonomics.
- Deep familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude Code preferred).
- Strong product thinking; translate problems into plans and write design docs.
- Clear communicator across audiences; able to work with engineers and execs.
- Bonus: agent sandboxing, containerized envs, multi-agent orchestration.
