🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated work experience
• Built software used by real people; able to distinguish production quality from demos
• Talk to users, understand workflows, and translate into reliable agent-driven tools; highly collaborative
• Take ownership: when an agent run breaks in production, you debug it
• Comfortable with ambiguity; building agentic systems often involves first-of-kind work
