Develop and maintain backend systems for real-time ad serving and reporting.
Design scalable data models for analytics and measurement.
Build data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and distribution of ad data.
Use orchestration frameworks (Airflow) to schedule and monitor data workflows.
Integrate internal and third-party systems via APIs and batch data feeds.
Write clean, testable code with CI/CD, observability, and code reviews.

🎯 Requirements

BSc or MSc in CS/Engineering or related field
3+ years backend or data engineering experience
Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java
Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, SQL/NoSQL DB design
Familiarity with Airflow/Prefect and Kafka/Pub/Sub
Experience with PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or DynamoDB
