🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS or comparable experience
3-10+ years in software engineering, ideally with fraud/abuse focus
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools
Strong communication; explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience building trust and safety mechanisms for AI/ML systems
Worked closely with operations to build custom internal tooling
