- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects, and QA to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, develop, test, and maintain the web applications using Java on the backend; may require some React on the frontend
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews to improve code quality, consistency, and alignment with architecture guidelines
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and production defects in a timely manner
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend services
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of professional experience building full-stack web applications
- Strong backend development experience with Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)
- Good understanding of relational databases and SQL (MariaDB/MySQL); experience with ORMs such as Hibernate/JPA is a plus
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with JSON, authentication, and authorization concepts
- Working knowledge of unit and integration testing on both frontend and backend; able to write automation tests for the features being worked on
