Software Engineer

📋 Description

• API development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable REST APIs.
• Service reliability: Build backend services in Golang and Python; ensure resilience.
• Data modeling: Design and evolve database schemas and performant queries.
• Collaboration: Work with front-end engineers, QA, designers, and PM.
• Testing & quality: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Performance & observability: Monitor health, logging, metrics; improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years backend or full-stack development with hands-on experience in Golang and/or Python.
• API design: Designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Databases: Relational databases (Postgres, MySQL) and ORMs (Gin, Django).
• Testing: Unit and integration testing in Golang and/or Python.
• Performance & scalability: Patterns for scaling backend services and optimizing performance.
• AI tooling: GitHub Copilot or Claude.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and cross-functional in an Agile environment.
