2-5 years of hands-on software engineering experience (internships/co-ops welcome)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a highly ranked university required
Proficiency in Java or Python
Experience with AI tools like Claude
Experience building backend or full-stack apps; open-source contributions welcome
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure; microservices; CI/CD
