Lead design and implementation of React UIs for AI workflows.
Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices powering UI.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Backend Engineers to define API contracts.
Establish frontend best practices and patterns to improve UI quality.
Optimize app performance across the stack for large datasets and AI models.
Contribute across the full stack, including backend when needed.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with React and modern TypeScript.
Experience building backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
Basic understanding of relational database design and SQL.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience is required.
You must have work authorization to work in Prague, CZ.
Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes.
Clean, testable code in TypeScript and Java.
