🎯 Requirements

4+ years experience with Java or Go.
Experience building multi-threaded, distributed systems.
Strong CS fundamentals (data structures & algorithms).
Good understanding of OO concepts.
Ability to design modular, complex systems.
Nice to have: Cloud infra (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containers (Docker).
