Design, write and maintain Customer Observability code and features
Contribute to and lead medium sized technical projects into production
Work with customers and support engineers to fix issues and join on-call rotation
Collaborate with diverse engineers to improve coding practices and ops systems
Contribute in technical discussions and solve technical challenges

🎯 Requirements

Backend engineer with backend bias or frontend tasks
Proficient in Java, C#, or Go
Experience designing and architecting scalable web applications
Strong debugging and production issue troubleshooting
Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Experience with observability tooling or related code
