Join the MongoDB Server Query team to build a distributed open source query engine.
Own MongoDB Query Language lifecycle: parsing, optimization, plan selection, execution.
Work on geospatial search and update subsystems.
Role can be based in Dublin or remotely within Ireland.
Tackle problems across transactional, time-series and analytical workloads.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in data intensive environments.
Hands-on experience building industrial-strength software.
Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms and software design.
Experience with large code bases.
B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.
Interest in database query engines; MSc/PhD is a plus.
