🎯 Requirements

- Strong OO design principles and applying them to complex systems
- Distributed systems experience with high availability, observable, and correct at scale
- Comfortable with databases relational and or MongoDB in production
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curious, collaborative, and problem-solving focused
