📋 Description

• Build Python services automating finance and operations workflows end-to-end.
• Own tasks from design through testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations stakeholders to define requirements.
• Grow ownership of components and contribute to design and discovery.
• Maintain code quality, reliability, and auditability for internal users.
• Communicate clearly and level up toward Senior Software Engineer.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience building production Python systems with type hints and tests.
• Some exposure to async code or eagerness to learn.
• Deliver end-to-end with limited guidance; ask for help when needed.
• Care about code quality, reliability, and auditability for internal users.
• Product mindset; understand the problem behind tickets and ask why.
• Curious about finance/operations workflows or a fast learner.
