🎯 Requirements

3+ years as an engineering manager leading teams of 5+
5+ years in software development
Experience with web services, cloud infra, and system design
Track record hiring, retaining, and growing engineering talent
Experience operating consumer-facing web apps with high reliability
Experience using Agile methodologies to deliver iteratively
