- Strong foundation in developer tooling, CI/CD, containerization, and distributed systems.
- Experience in technical design, problem solving, and project management.
- Passion for hiring, coaching, and developing diverse teams.
- Familiarity with LLM agent frameworks or agentic coding infra is a differentiator.
- Excellent communication across tech and non-tech stakeholders.
