Collaborate with engineering to design and develop Mill’s automated test infrastructure.
Design, implement, and scale automation frameworks for firmware, mobile, web, and cloud.
Interface with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into test plans.
Drive automation initiatives; mentor QA engineers and champion best practices.
Establish and maintain test script development, integration, and execution.
Partner with Devs, QA, Firmware, S/W Engs, PMs, and TPMs for end-to-end quality.

🎯 Requirements

B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software development and testing roles.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
Deep understanding of software design, automation frameworks, and cross-stack quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication; produce clear docs; collaborate cross-functionally.
Hands-on experience using Python and Java in production-grade automation.
