Drive incident prevention through root cause analysis and systemic fixes.
Own end-to-end feature delivery from design to production.
Establish and enforce coding standards, reviews, and clean architecture.
Collaborate with product and data teams to measure, analyze, and optimize conversion funnels.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-stack engineering with backend/system design exposure.
Distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
Asynchronous job processing and background workers.
Relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, ClickHouse preferred).
Frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular).
API design and microservices; design patterns.
