Contribute to building agentic AI products and backend capabilities from the ground up
Design and deliver backend features with guidance from senior engineers, owning end-to-end components
Translate technical specs into clean, scalable backend services and APIs
Help implement the core architecture of a new product alongside the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and GTM
Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years of backend software engineering experience
Strong Java or Python fundamentals and production backend experience
Interest in agentic or generative AI systems
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Databricks, and AWS
Ability to break down well-scoped problems and drive them to completion
Good product sense and cross-functional collaboration
