📋 Description

• Define modernization roadmap from .NET Framework to .NET 8 microservices on AWS.
• Establish and enforce enterprise-wide architecture principles, standards, and patterns.
• Lead technology selection for backend frameworks, cloud services, and data platforms.
• Architect scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance to 2–4 engineering teams (4–7 developers each).
• Introduce modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools to elevate productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in .NET software development, including 3+ years as Software Architect or Principal Engineer.
• Mastery of .NET 8+, C#, and ASP.NET Core; distributed systems know-how.
• Cloud-native AWS experience (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, IAM).
• Strong data architecture background (SQL Server, caching, event streaming).
• Understanding of frontend architecture (Angular) and backend integration.
• Track record establishing technical standards and mentoring senior talent.
