🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering with substantial AI/ML, autonomy, or robotics experience.
- Proven hands-on technical leadership.
- Deep expertise building tools, platforms, and infrastructure for AI/ML dev and deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling.
- Experience integrating AI/ML algorithms into real-time or safety-critical systems is highly preferred.
- Background in aerospace, autonomy, or related fields is a strong plus.
