Socure is redefining identity verification so organizations can confidently verify good people in real time and stop fraud before it happens. As an MDR, you’ll be the tip of the spear—owning high‑precision, research‑driven outbound that creates executive‑caliber conversations and qualified pipeline in our priority segments.
This is not a high‑volume, spray‑and‑pray MDR job. We prioritize depth, originality, and business acumen. You will use and continually shape AI tools and playbooks alongside marketing and sales to produce persuasive, personalized outreach grounded in each account’s real initiatives and risk moments. You’ll both do the work hands‑on and shape the standard for how world‑class prospecting is done at Socure.
Create qualified pipeline across named account lists; target VPs/C‑suite in risk, fraud, compliance, product, trust & safety, and workforce/HR tech.
Run the vertical sprint playbook end‑to‑end: own the brief, landscape scouting, title‑to‑pain mapping, define risk moments, pressure‑test the narrative, build the message spine, activate multi‑channel sequences, and ship the MDR personalized emails to target ICP buyer groups for each sprint.
Deliver hyper‑personalized outreach from curated research using a plethora of tools.
Research with rigor: pull signals from earnings calls, product updates, hiring pages, incident reports, and regulatory actions to anchor your message in business reality.
Partner tightly with AEs & Marketing: co‑develop account plans, sequence strategy, and conversion experiments; close the loop on meeting quality and next steps.
Instrument everything: track reply quality, meeting acceptance, stage progression, ACV sensitivity, and channel/touch performance; propose tests and roll out winners.
Operational excellence: maintain immaculate CRM hygiene; build repeatable research briefs, message libraries, and objection matrices for key verticals.

Build your personal library of openers, hooks, and risk‑moment frames.

Own 1–2 focus segments; run 3+ sprints; deliver repeatable sequence templates and objection matrices; book multi‑threaded executive meetings.
90 days
Hit/beat sourced pipeline target; demonstrate >2x benchmark reply/accept rates in at least one segment; host one internal workshop on craft and process.
Prospecting craftsmanship: you can turn messy signals into a crisp, specific POV that earns time with executives.
Research muscle: comfort digging through 10‑Ks, product notes, investor letters, job reqs, and security/compliance updates to spot triggers.
Communication range: sharp writing, confident calling, thoughtful social DMs; you adapt tone to persona and context.
Operational discipline: you love clean data, clear notes, and measurable experiments.
Experience: 3–6+ years in MDR/BDR/ADR roles (or AE with heavy outbound) at SaaS, fintech, security, or data platforms. Track record of creating executive pipe in complex sales.
Background in identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance, or workforce risk.
Fluency with Salesforce, Outreach, Champify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, intent/ABM tools (e.g., 6sense), and research workflows.
Comfort partnering on narrative and creative with Marketing (copy, visuals, landing experiences).
