📋 Description

  • Respond in real-time to inquiries on X and other social platforms.
  • Own daily operations and strategy for Notion's social support.
  • Escalate complex issues with internal teams to resolution.
  • Assess opportunities to expand to new platforms.
  • Oversee support for Notion Ambassadors and insights.
  • Collect and share product feedback from social channels.
  • Uphold Notion’s brand voice in every interaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer support or social media roles, SaaS preferred.
  • Exceptional writer with empathy for public online spaces.
  • Experience managing conversations on X, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Strong knowledge of social tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
  • Proactive, organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, Eng, marketing.
  • Enthusiastic about helping customers and solving problems.
  • Experience with Notion or familiarity with the product.
  • Community/ambassador program experience is a plus.
