- Strong knowledge of social tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
- Proactive, organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, Eng, marketing.
- Enthusiastic about helping customers and solving problems.
- Experience with Notion or familiarity with the product.
- Community/ambassador program experience is a plus.
